( For those youngsters who are welcoming a new sibling!) Gracie is very sad. A new puppy has been brought into the house. She feels replaced and unloved and is determined to hate the ugly little puppy who does not have a long, beautiful nose like her own. She tries to make the puppy seem like a nuisance in the eyes of her family and fails. It is only when she begins to see how much she is loved--and how the puppy might actually be a good addition that she begins to settle down to life as a big sister and is able to reassure the little girl in her life that having a little sister might not be so bad.( For those youngsters who are welcoming a new sibling!)
